Refund Policy

Effective date: 9 September 2026

This voluntary policy applies to purchases from our website and operates in addition to rights and remedies under applicable Canadian federal, provincial and territorial consumer-protection law.

30-day no-reason returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days after delivery without giving a reason. Contact us within that period for approval and return instructions.

For an approved return or exchange, we pay the return shipping cost and provide a prepaid return label or an equivalent free return option. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Inspecting goods

You may handle and reasonably inspect goods as you would in a physical shop. If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may address resulting damage or loss in value only where applicable law permits.

Damaged, defective or incorrect goods

If goods arrive damaged or defective, do not match their description, are the wrong item or have missing parts, contact us promptly. Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, we will provide a refund, replacement, repair or another appropriate remedy. This policy does not limit mandatory warranties or other statutory remedies.

Limited exceptions

Customised goods, perishable goods, gift cards, and opened goods unsuitable for return for health or hygiene reasons may be excluded from voluntary no-reason returns only where applicable law permits. Exceptions do not remove rights concerning faulty, damaged, misdescribed or incorrectly supplied goods.

Provincial and territorial rights

Cancellation, disclosure, delivery and refund rights for online or distance contracts vary by province and territory. Any mandatory right available where you live, including applicable Québec distance-contract protections, remains fully available and takes priority over an inconsistent term in this policy.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are returned to the original form of payment. We process an approved refund within 10 business days and never later than the deadline required by applicable law. A bank or payment provider may need additional time to display the credit.
