Delivery area and cost

We deliver only to valid addresses within Canada. Standard delivery is free.

Processing and transit

Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. After dispatch, estimated transit time is 4–6 business days. The normal estimated total delivery time is therefore 5–8 business days.

Weekends, Canadian public holidays, severe weather, carrier delays, remote destinations and incomplete or incorrect addresses may cause delays. Some northern or remote locations may require additional transit time.

Tracking and address accuracy

After dispatch, we provide available shipment tracking information. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address. Contact us promptly about an address correction; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

Legal delivery rights

Where applicable law requires delivery by an agreed date or within a specified period, that requirement applies. Our estimates and commitments do not limit Canadian provincial or territorial consumer rights.
